Joe Esteves received the B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), Lima, Peru, in 2007, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vlerick Business School, Belgium, in 2014. He is a Full-Stack Systems Architect specializing in the design of data systems and multimedia infrastructures. His technical methodology, based on Zero-Framework development, focuses on the utilization of native source code and the optimization of execution speed to maintain direct control over system architecture and browser performance. Currently, he manages international data projects and develops an independent multimedia platform for real-time transmission and integrated artificial intelligence.

Throughout his career, he has held responsibilities in global data management, where he designed cloud-based analytical applications and automated media auditing systems using cloud computing. His experience includes the implementation of monitoring systems for supply chain tracking and the development of self-improving algorithms for inventory optimization. During his initial professional stage, he specialized in the design of decision models for procurement and the automation of billing systems, achieving measurable reductions in operational risk and customer dissatisfaction.

Joe is also a musician and composer with professional certification in electronic keyboards, having graduated at the top of his class in 1998. This dual background in engineering and artistic systems informed his 2009 academic publication on integrated methodologies for hybrid systems design and data management. He was a Regional Finalist in a global entrepreneurship competition in 2014 and completed specialized training in Big Data and AI in 2020, focusing on the generation of business value through advanced data engineering.
